阿托伐他汀片辅助钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究阿托伐他汀片辅助钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的效果。方法选取2016年7月至2021年7月景德镇市第三人民医院收治的60例慢性硬膜下血肿患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与实验组,每组30例。对照组实施钻孔引流术治疗,实验组实施阿托伐他汀片辅助钻孔引流术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、日常生活行动能力Barthel指数(ADL-BI)评分、临床症状消失时间及并发症发生率。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组ADL-BI评分高于对照组,临床症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后并发症发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的30.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀片辅助钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿患者效果显著,可有效缩短治疗时间,改善患者临床症状,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin tablets assisted drilling and drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods 60 patients with chronic subdural hematoma in the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from July 2016 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drilling and drainage,and the experimental group was treated with atorvastatin tablets assisted drill-ing and drainage,the clinical efficacy,activities of daily living-Barthel index(ADL-BI)score,clinical symptom disappearance time and the incidence of postoperative complication were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group efficiency,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,ADL-BI score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,clinical symptoms disappearance time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 30.30%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin tablets assisted drilling and drainage has significant effect in the treatment of patients with chronic subdural hematoma,can effectively shorten the treatment time,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which has high value of clinical promotion.
