摘　　要：目的探讨风险评估循证护理对静脉留置针患者静脉炎发生情况的影响。方法选取2020年5—10月于本院接受静脉留置针输液治疗的106例患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为实验组与对照组,每组53例。对照组采用常规留置针护理,实验组在对照组基础上采用风险评估循证护理,比较两组静脉炎发生率、护理满意度。结果实验组静脉炎发生率为15.1%,低于对照组的32.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度为92.5%,高于对照组的77.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险评估循证护理应用于静脉留置针患者中效果较好,可降低静脉炎发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of risk assessment evidence-based care on the occurrence of phlebitis in patients with intravenous in-dwelling needle.Methods 106 patients who received intravenous indwelling needle infusion treatment in our hospital from May to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according ro random lottery method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine indwelling needle care,and the experimental group used risk assessment evidence-based care on the basis of the control group,the incidence of phlebitis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the experimental group was 15.1%,which was lower than 32.1%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 92.5%,which was higher than 77.3%in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk assessment evidence-based care has good effect in patients with intravenous indwelling needle,which can reduce the incidence of phlebitis and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
