摘  要:脉冲涡流检测技术被逐渐应用于石油石化工艺管道腐蚀缺陷检测领域,特别是对于保温层下的工艺管道腐蚀缺陷的检测。为了明确脉冲涡流检测技术对保温层下工艺管道腐蚀缺陷检出效果,通过实验设计与测试分析,得出结论。对保温层厚度为60 mm,铝皮厚度为0.25 mm的缺陷进行检测,脉冲涡流技术可以对部分缺陷检出判定,评估的结论为:穿孔直径≥2 mm,检出精度可以达到100%,腐蚀坑直径≥7 mm,检出精度可以达到100%。Pulse eddy current testing technology was gradually being applied to the field of corrosion defect detection in petroleum and petrochemical process pipelines,especially for the detection of corrosion defects in process pipelines under insulation layers.To clarify the effectiveness of pulse eddy current testing technology in detecting corrosion defects in process pipelines under insulation layers,conclusions were drawn through experimental design and testing analysis.Defects with an insulation layer thickness of 60 mm and an aluminum skin thickness of 0.25 mm were detected.Pulse eddy current technology could detect and judge some defects,and the evaluation conclusion was:perforation diameter≥2 mm,detection accuracy could reach 100%,corrosion pit diameter≥7 mm,the detection accuracy could reach 100%.
