摘  要:以钛-钢复合板作为U形管换热器壳程和管箱筒体材料,壳体纵、环焊缝内部钛贴条和盖板处凸起,导致分程隔板和U形管束在装配过程中与钛贴条或盖板干涉无法安装。以实际U形管换热器为例,提出在分程隔板上开槽,减小折流板直径并在壳程筒体增设垫环的设计方案,且经实践证明该方案安全可靠。Using titanium steel composite plates as the material for the shell side and tube body of U-shaped heat exchangers,the titanium strips and cover plates inside the longitudinal and circumferential welds of the shell protruded,resulting in interference between the split partition and U-shaped tube bundle and the titanium strips or cover plates during the assembly process,which cannot be installed.Taking an actual U-shaped tube heat exchanger as an example,a design scheme was proposed to slot the partition plate,reduce the diameter of the baffle plate,and add a gasket ring to the shell side cylinder.This scheme was safe and reliable,and had been proven in practice.
