摘  要:为了使整车达到国六排放法规要求,在轻型汽油车上配置了颗粒捕集器,有效地降低了颗粒污染物(PN、PM)的排放。以一台1.5L的自然吸气汽油发动机,在发动机台架上进行试验,分析颗粒物在GPF的累积对排气背压及油耗的影响。试验结果表明:颗粒物在GPF的累积会造成排气背压的升高,油耗率也有所提高。通过适时地再生,可以有效地减少GPF中的碳颗粒物,降低排气背压,从而减少油耗率,提升了车辆的燃油经济性。In order to make the whole vehicle meet the requirements of national VI emission regulations,the light gasoline vehicle is equipped with a particle filter,which effectively reduces the emission of particulate pollutants(PN,PM).A 1.5L naturally aspirated gasoline engine was tested on the engine bench to analyze the influence of particulate matter accumulation in GPF on exhaust back pressure andfuel consumption.The test results show that the accumulation of particulate matter in GPF will cause the increase of exhaust back pressure andfuel consumption.Through timely regeneration,the carbon particles in GPF can be effectively reduced,exhaust back pressure can be reduced,thus reducing fuel consumption and improving the fuel economy of the vehicle.
