摘  要:箔片式动压气体轴承采用气体作为润滑介质,具有摩擦小、结构简单、工作转速高、寿命长、免维护等优点,广泛应用于超高速涡轮机械中。本文设计并搭建了可测试不同类型、不同尺寸的动压气体轴承试验系统,用于测试动压气体轴承的承载力、摩擦力、起飞转速等性能参数。通过止推动压气体轴承性能试验表明,Φ75mm外径止推轴承随着其楔形区域入口高度的减小,轴承摩擦力矩、起飞转速同步减小,同时轴承承载力更高,在30000r/min的转速下,楔形区域入口高度0.1mm的止推轴承承载力达240N。The gas foil bearing uses gas as the lubricating medium,which has the advantages of low friction,simple structure,high working speed,long service life and maintenance-free,and is widely used in ultra-highspeed turbomachinery.In this paper,a test system for different types and sizes of gas foil thrust bearings is designed and built,which is used to test the performance such as load capacity,friction force and take-off speed of the gas foil bearing.The results of Φ75mm foil thrust bearing show that as the wedge-shaped entrance height decreases,the bearing friction and take-off speed decrease,and the load capacity increases.At 30000r/min,the load capacity of thrust bearing bearing(wedge-shaped entrance height 0.1mm)is 240N.
