摘　　要：本文以某系列柴油机“跑、冒、滴、漏、松”故障现象为研究对象,通过对各型号柴油机发生“跑、冒、滴、漏、松”故障现象的机理、发生概率进行了详细的梳理及分析,从设计、工艺、质量控制、生产过程、外协件控制等方面,制定了相应措施。从而有效降低由此引发的故障率,提高产品的可靠性,提升装备的战斗力。In this paper,the fault phenomenon of"running,falling,dropping,leaking and loosening"of a series of diesel engines is taken as the research object,and the mechanism and probability of"running,falling,dripping,leaking and loosening"of each type of diesel engine are combed and analyzed in detail,and the corresponding measures are worked out from the aspects of design,process,quality control,production process,external parts control and so on.So as to effectively reduce the failure rate caused by this,improve the reliability of the product,and improve the battle of equipment.
