摘 要:为了研究齿廓修形对高速重载齿轮胶合强度的影响,根据齿轮齿廓修形的基本理论与概述,建立了高速重载齿轮齿廓修形模型,对齿廓修形三要素进行概述,建立了高速重载齿轮胶合强度仿真模型,确定载荷分配系数,进行MATLAB编程。研究表明,相比于未经修形的齿轮来说,经过齿廓修形的齿轮,齿面瞬时温度相对趋势的变化更小,胶合承载能力更大,胶合强度更高,为高速重载齿轮的齿廓修形的优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。In order to study the influence of tooth profile modification on the gluing strength of high-speed and heavy-duty gear,according to the basic theory and summary of gear tooth profile modification,the tooth profile modification model of high-speed and heavy-duty gear is established,and the three elements of tooth profile modification are summarized.The simulation model of gluing strength of high-speed and heavy-duty gear is established.Load distribution coefficient,MATLAB programming.The study shows that,compared with the unmodified gear,the tooth surface of the gear with modified tooth profile.The change of instantaneous temperature relative to the trend is smaller,the gluing bearing capacity is larger,and the gluing strength is higher,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the optimal design of tooth profile modification of high-speed and heavy-duty gears.
