摘 要:近年来,国内很多制造企业都在进行着转型、升级,企业对于符合公司实际要求的人才十分青睐,对各种可以推动公司发展的岗位人员需求也日益增多。在适应市场需要的新形势下,企业与职业院校机械能合作,培养符合市场需求的高技术人才,以此来满足企业发展的需要,这已经成为当前职业院校与企业发展对接的重要课题,推动以企业为主体的企业新型学徒制度培养模式的诞生,鉴于此本文针对职业学校和企业需求的变化,以数控加工企业为例,讨论当前企业新型学徒制度实施的具体路径。In recent years,many domestic manufacturing enterprises are undergoing transformation,upgrading,enterprises for the actual requirements of the companys talent is very favored,the demand for a variety of positions that can promote the development of the company's personnel is also increasing.In the new situation of adapting to the needs of the market,enterprises and vocational colleges and universities mechanical can cooperate to cultivate high-tech talents in line with market demand,in order to meet the needs of enterprise development,which has become an important issue in the current development of vocational colleges and enterprises docking,to promote the birth of a new apprenticeship system training model for enterprises with enterprises as the main body,in view of this paper for the changes in vocational schools and enterprise needs,to CNC machining enterprises In view of this,this paper discusses the specific path of the implementation of the current enterprise new apprenticeship system,taking the changes in the needs of vocational schools and enterprises as an example.
