摘  要:船用二冲程柴油机扫气过程中的缸内流场直接影响着燃油的雾化情况,进而也对燃烧过程与排放水平有所影响,涡流比是评价缸内流场湍流强度的一项重要指标。本文首先用数值模拟的方法对某型二冲程船用柴油机进行建模,计算得到不同扫气口结构下的扫气过程的涡流比数据。随后,参考相关测试方法,结合相似准则,设计并进行了扫气口稳流试验。试验结果表明,试验能有效评估不同结构扫气口产生缸内流场涡流的能力,且试验结果与数值模拟结果在趋势上符合程度较好。In the scavenging process of Marine two-stroke diesel engine,the flow field in the cylinder directly affects the atomization of fuel,and then affects the combustion process and emission.Swirl ratio is an important index to evaluate turbulence intensity of flow field in cylinder.In this paper,a two-stroke Marine diesel engine is modeled by numerical simulation method,and the swirl ratio data of scavenging process under different scavenging port structures are calculated.Then referring to relevant testing methods and similarity criterion,the steady-state stream experiment is designed and carried out to measure swirl ratios which are produced by scavenge ports of different structures.The results show that the experiment can effectively evaluate the ability of scavenge ports of different structures to generate vortex in cylinder flow field.The experimental results agree well with the numerical simulation results.
