摘 要:可变气门正时相位器系统已成为发动机的标准配置,目前主要有液压驱动相位器和电机驱动相位器两种技术方案。液压相位器依赖于发动机机油压力和温度,因此只能在一定的区域内工作。发动机在启动停机过程和低温工况下,也需要随时能够调整相位,因此不依赖油压的电动相位器的系统得到了开发和应用。此类电动相位器可以达到更高的响应速度,以满足稀薄燃烧快速调节相位的需求。本文介绍了电动相位器的基本原理和几种常见结构,以及在发动机上几个应用场景的测试结果。VVT shifter systems have become a standard configuration for engines,with two main technical approaches currently employed:hydraulic-driven phase shifters and electric motor-driven phase shifters.Hydraulic phase shifters rely on engine oil pressure and temperature,limiting their operation to certain regions.During engine start-stop processes and low-temperature conditions,the ability to adjust the phase is necessary,leading to the development and application of electric phase shifter systems that do not rely on oil pressure.Such electric phase shifters offer higher response speeds,meeting the demands for rapid phase adjustment in lean combustion scenarios.This paper introduces the basic principles and several common structures of electric VVT(EVVT)shifters,along with test results from various application scenarios on the engine.
