摘 要:骨关节炎(OA)是临床常见的关节退行性疾病,以关节软骨退变和细胞外基质代谢平衡失调为主要病理表现。OA发病与年老、性别、肥胖、创伤和遗传等多种因素相关,是引起关节疼痛与致残的首位关节疾病。随着全球人口老龄化的到来,OA对我国医疗卫生系统带来严峻的考验,也给患者和家庭带来沉重的负担和心理压力。细胞衰老在OA疾病发生发展中的重要作用已被证实,针对这一现象的相关治疗策略如选择性清除衰老细胞、改善衰老细胞表型疗法正逐步成为研究热点。本文对OA中细胞衰老这一现象及抗衰老药物在OA疾病的研究进展综述,以期将来为OA的治疗和预防提供新的思路与借鉴。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common clinical degenerative disease of the joints,with articular cartilage degeneration and extracellular matrix metabolic imbalance as the main pathological manifestations.The incidence of OA is related to various factors such as aging,gender,obesity,trauma and heredity.With the aging of the global population,OA has brought a great challenge to the medical and health system,and also brought a heavy burden and psychological pressure to patients and families.The important role of cellular senescence in the occurrence and development of OA has been established.Relevant therapeutic strategies for aging,such as selective removal of senescent cells,and therapy to improve the phenotype of senescent cells are gradually becoming research hotspots.This article reviews the recent progresses of senolytic small molecule compounds in OA diseases in order to provide novel insights for the treatment and prevention of OA disorder in the future.
