贾英杰运用通腑泄浊法治疗恶性肿瘤经验

摘　　要：总结贾英杰教授运用通腑泄浊法治疗肿瘤的经验。认为癌浊是肿瘤发生的中心环节,通腑泄浊是排除癌浊常用的方法,通过通腑泄浊可截断病势、通畅气机、解毒化浊。采用通腑法以截断病势时,大黄应用重剂,生大黄可用至30~60 g,同时配伍枳实、厚朴等行气药加强疗效,且煎煮时应后下取其泻下之功,服药后应中病即止,以免伤及正气。肿瘤患者多表现为本虚标实、虚实夹杂之证,通腑不忘补虚,常用黄芪配伍大黄,攻补兼施。This paper summarized professor JIA Yingjie's experience in the treatment of tumor with “unblocking fu (腑) organs and directing the turbid downward” method.It is considered that tumor-turbidity is the central link in the occurrence of cancer,and the most direct and useful way to remove tumor-turbidity is to unblock fu organs and to direct the turbid downward,which can cut off the disease condition,regulate qi,resolve toxins and remove turbidity.To cut off the disease through unblocking fu organs method,high-dose fresh Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),i.e.30~60 g,can be used,and qi-moving medicinals such as Zhishi(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus) and Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis) should be added to promote the effect.When decocting,Dahuang should be put later to play its role of purging,and it should be stopped immediately after taking effect to avoid damaging healthy qi.Tumor patients mostly had the syndrome of root deficiency and branch excess,and deficiency-excess complex,for which the method of unblocking fu organs and supplementing deficiency can be taken,usually with Huangqi and Dahuang using both attack and supplementation.
