摘　　要：目的 挖掘中医药治疗脓毒症领域内研究现状、前沿热点等,为未来研究发展方向提供思路。方法计算机检索Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC)、中国知网(CNKI)数据库,纳入2000年1月1日至2022年6月1日期间中医药治疗脓毒症的研究文献,提取纳入文献的题名、作者、单位、文献来源、关键词、摘要、发表时间等信息建立数据库,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R2版本软件对发文趋势、合作网络、关键词共现、突现信息等进行可视化分析。结果 最终共纳入文献1358篇,其中CNKI 983篇,WOSCC数据库375篇。2000—2021年中医药治疗脓毒症相关研究发文量总体呈上升趋势,中国是主要贡献国家(发文量321篇),美国紧随其后(发文量25篇)。在中医药治疗脓毒症领域,受到中国国家自然科学基金资助的研究数量为第一位(出现频次150次),主要有广州、北京、山东地区三大合作网络。研究热点主要是不同主题的临床研究、基于动物模型的基础研究,以及“证”相关的理论研究;前沿方面,中医药治疗脓毒症相关的细胞因子(突现强度7.33)、血毒清(突现强度3.73)、免疫调节(突现强度2.18)等主题近年来关注度较高,以针刺(突现强度3.29)、电针(突现强度2.13)治疗脓毒症为主题的研究近几年数量增多。结论 目前中医药治疗脓毒症领域研究数量有所增长,但高质量研究和跨中心合作较少。基于中医药经典方剂、中药提取物的临床研究和基础研究、与“证”相关的理论研究,以及针灸治疗脓毒症为当前的前沿热点。Objective To analyze the current situation,hotspots and frontiers of the researches on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for sepsis,and provide ideas for the future researches.Methods The Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC) and CNKI were electronically searched for all the relevant literature on the treatment of sepsis by TCM published from January 1st,2000 to June 1st,2022.Title,author,institution,literature source,keywords,abstract,publication time and others were extracted to establish a database.The CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used for visual analysis on publishing trends,cooperative networks,keyword co-occurrence and information emergence of the included data.Results Totally,1358 articles were included,with 983 articles from CNKI and 375 articles from WOSCC database.The annual number of literature on TCM for sepsis showed an overall upward trend from 2000 to 2021,and most articles were published by Chinese researchers(321 articles),followed by the United States(25 articles).In the field of treatment of sepsis with TCM,the researches funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China ranked first with a frequency of 150 times,and mainly three major cooperation networks in Guangzhou,Beijing,and Shandong regions were formed.In terms of research hotspots,the clinical researches on different topics,laboratory researches based on animal models,and theory researches related to syndrome were mostly conducted.For frontiers,the topics related to the treatment of sepsis with TCM,such as cytokines(emergence intensity = 7.33),Xueduqing (血毒清,emergence intensity = 3.73),immune regulation(emergence intensity = 2.18),have received high attention in recent years;moreover,there was an increasing number of researches on topics of acupuncture(emergence intensity = 3.29) and electroacupuncture(emergence intensity = 2.13).Conclusion Currently,the number of literature on TCM for sepsis has increased,but lacks high-quality researches and inter-center cooperation.Clinical and laboratory researches on TCM classical f
