基于“诸痛痒疮,皆属于心”探析艾灸治疗特应性皮炎

摘　　要：基于“诸痛痒疮,皆属于心”的理论,认为心神失调是特应性皮炎的关键病机。临证运用艾灸疗法治疗特应性皮炎,以镇心安神为主要治法,常用百会、内关、三阴交等调神腧穴;并配合合谷、曲池、血海以协调整体气血,增强安神的作用;重视脏腑精气对心神的作用,配合辨证论治以调理肝、脾、肺、肾四脏,为拓展从心论治特应性皮炎的艾灸方案提供思路。According to the theory that “all painful and itching sores are ascribed to the heart”,it is believed that mental disorder is the key pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis.When moxibustion is used clinically to treat atopic dermatitis,the main treatment method is to tranquilize the heart and calm the mind,and acupoints such as Baihui(GV 20),Neiguan(PC 6) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6) are commonly used to regulate the mind.Additionally,Hegu(LI 4),Quchi(LI 11) and Xuehai(SP 10) are used to coordinate the overall qi and blood,and strengthen the effect of calming the mind.It is suggested to pay attention to the effect of essential qi of zang-fu (脏腑) organs on the heart and the mind,and follow the principle of syndrome differentiation to regulate the liver,spleen,lung,and kidney,providing ideas for expanding the moxibustion program for the treatment of atopic dermatitis from the heart.
