摘 要:郁江洪水灾害频繁,流域内目前仍缺乏超标洪水应对措施。平陆运河工程为郁江分洪至钦江创造了条件,本研究从防洪工程体系、洪水(潮)遭遇、分洪能力等角度分析平陆运河分洪的可能性,提出分洪原则,经过综合比选,推荐以不漫出现有河槽,最大分洪流量为1000 m^(3)/s的分洪方案,为完善郁江流域防洪体系,发挥平陆运河工程综合利用效益提供参考。Yujiang River has frequently seen flood disaster and is still short of response measures for over-level floods in the watershed up to now.Pinglu Canal project will create conditions for the flood diversion from Yujiang River to Qinjiang River.Analysis was made on the flood diversion possibility of Pinglu Canal from the perspectives of flood control engineering system,flood and tide encounter and flood diversion capacity.The principle of flood diversion was proposed.After comprehensive comparison and selection,the flood diversion plan with a maximum diversion flow of 1000m^(3)/s and without overflowing the existing channels was recommended.The results of study provide reference for improving the flood protection system of Yujiang River basin and giving full play the comprehensive utilization benefits of Pinglu Canal Project.
