摘　　要：随着全国水利改革发展的不断深化,“科技赋能,数字治水”已成为新时代水利发展的重要动力,本文根据水利信息化建设项目的特点,提出贯穿项目策划、采购、实施、试运行、收尾等阶段的管理控制程序,为其他同类项目的管理提供借鉴。With the continuous deepening of national water conservancy reform and development,technology empowerment and digital water control have become important driving force for water conservancy development in the new era.According to the characteristics of water conservancy informatization construction project,the author put forward the project management control procedures that run through the stages of project planning,procurement,implementation,trial operation and closure.
