摘  要:设计高效转子式选粉机,利用ANSYS CFX11.0软件进行数值模拟研究高效转子式选粉机内部流场。发现转子转动条件下,转子附近分级区域的速度不是沿转子叶片均匀分布,其流场因转子的转动分成两部分:一部分进入转子,在转子内部形成巨大的涡,具有较小的切向速度。一部分与转子上部形成60°左右的夹角,与壁面之间形成一个涡,这两部分的流场形成双层强流场。通过对气固两相流运动模拟发现处于60μm与100μm之间颗粒部分通过转子区域。Design an efficient rotor type powder concentrator and conduct numerical simulation using ANSYS CFX11.0 software to study the internal flow field of the high-efficiency rotor type powder concentrator.It was found that under the condition of rotor rotation,the velocity in the graded area near the rotor is not uniformly distributed along the rotor blades.The flow field is divided into two parts due to the rotation of the rotor:one part enters the rotor and forms a huge vortex inside the rotor,with a smaller tangential velocity.A part forms an angle of about 60°with the upper part of the rotor,and a vortex forms between the two parts and the wall,forming a double-layer strong flow field.Through simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow,it is found that some particles between 60μm and 100μm pass through the rotor region.
