摘 要:本文以C公司的两条4500t/d水泥生产线为例,通过对比分析改造前后熟料产量、吨熟料标煤耗、熟料工序电耗等主要技术指标,系统介绍了新型低温余热发电、耐火材料涂层等技术在老旧生产线升级改造过程中的应用情况,为水泥行业节能减排及能效提升提供了重要的数据支撑和技术借鉴。This paper takes the two 4500 t/d cement production lines of Company C as an example,systematically introduces the new low-temperature waste heat power generation and the application of refractory coating and other technologies in the upgrading and renovation of old production lines by comparative analysis of the main indexes as clinker output,unit clinker standard coal consumption and clinker process electricity consumption before and after the improvement,provides important data support and technical reference for energy conservation,emission reduction,and efficiency improvement in the cement industry.
