摘 要:为了解决矿山开采中岩溶发育频繁引发的涌水塌陷等一系列灾害,针对矿区施工过程中因岩溶管道揭露后产生的矿山涌水和地表塌陷现象,基于帷幕灌浆技术提出了可控复合膏浆高压脉动灌浆工艺,并应用于江西安福南方石灰石矿矿山开采中,在治理过程中,根据工程的重难点,对钻孔布局,浆液配比等进行了合理优化。结果表明:治理后矿区北侧西段帷幕治理范围涌水量减少70%以上,地表塌陷的范围、频次和危害程度也得以大幅减少,取得了良好的治理效果。In order to solve a series of disasters such as water gusher and collapse caused by frequent karst development in mining,aim⁃ing at the phenomenon of water gusher and surface collapse caused by karst pipe exposure during mining construction,the controllable composite paste high-pressure pulsating grouting technology is proposed based on curtain grouting technology,and applied to the min⁃ing of limestone mine in Anfu south of Jiangxi.In the treatment process,according to the important and difficult points of engineering,the layout of borehole and the proportion of grout are optimized reasonably.The results show that after the treatment,the water inflow in the curtain treatment area of the north and west section of the mining area is reduced by more than 70%,and the scope,frequency and harm degree of surface collapse are also greatly reduced,and good treatment effect has been achieved.
