摘  要:拔尖文科博士是构建中国自主知识体系、发展中国特色哲学社会科学的有生力量,内外联动的社会支持系统是促进拔尖文科博士成长的有力保障。文科博士学位论文作为衡量文科博士学业成就、科研水平和学术潜力的核心标志,其水平高低是判定文科博士“拔尖”与否的关键尺度。在我国,人文社会科学全国优秀博士学位论文获得者是拔尖文科博士群体的典型代表,全国优秀博士学位论文致谢集中表达了该群体成长过程中所获社会支持的具身体验,是探察拔尖文科博士成长社会支持系统的重要素材。基于社会支持理论,对73篇全国文科优博论文致谢文本的混合研究结果显示:在社会支持主体方面,导师引领多方重要他者为拔尖文科博士成长提供全方位的圈层式护航;在社会支持介体方面,促进拔尖文科博士成长的社会支持介体类型重叠且来源分化,物质和信息支持的显示度远高于情感和陪伴支持,情感和陪伴支持来源的二元分化隐含着学缘关系淡化的潜在风险;在社会支持受体方面,拔尖文科博士身处象牙塔尖的多维苦乐体验不仅叙述了低情感性支持对读博之“苦”的二次强化,也昭示着“苦中取乐”的成才路径和“同群竞优”所引发的“形式陪伴”风险。为此,应探索建立“一主多从,资青协同”的文科博士生导师组制,在培养过程中适当关心文科博士生的家庭背景与亲缘关系互动情况,并通过激发同群效应的积极意义,优化文科博士生成长的社会支持系统。Top PhDs in Humanities and Social Sciences(HSS)are an active force to construct an independent knowledge system of HSS and develop philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.The social support system of internal and external synergy is a powerful guarantee for the growth of top PhDs.As a core indicator of the academic achievements,scientific research level and academic potential of PhDs,the level of doctoral dissertations is the key measure to evaluate whether a PhDs is“top”or not.In China,the winner of the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation(NEDD)in HSS is a typical representative of the top PhDs group.The acknowledgement of NEDD reported the personal experience of social support,which is an important material for exploring the social support system of the top PhDs.Based on Social Support Theory,the mixed research results of 73 NEDD acknowledgement texts show that:on the subject dimension,the tutor leads numerous significant others to provide all-round circle escort for the growth of top PhDs.In the mediator dimension,the types of social support mediators that promote the growth of top PhDs are overlapping and their main sources are differentiated.The display of material and information support is considerably higher than emotional and companionship support,and the dual differentiation of emotional and companionship support sources implies a potential risk of diluting peer relationships.In receptor dimension,the multi-dimensional pleasure and pain experience of the PhDs at the top of the ivory tower not only describes the“bitter”endogenous mechanism of the lack of emotional support to strengthen the doctoral study,but also shows the talent cultivation function of“making fun of suffering”and the potential risks such as“false companionship”triggered by“peer-competition”.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the establishment of a tutor group system with“one master and multi assistants’mode with intergenerational cooperation”,pay proper attention to the family backgrou
