摘 要:赤泥地聚物具有速凝、高强度、低成本等优异性能,弥补了泡沫轻质土凝结时间短、强度低和水泥价格高的缺陷。为了制备适用于赤泥地聚物的碱性泡沫剂,本文研究了发泡剂、稳泡剂的种类及掺量对泡沫性能的影响,根据气泡性能指标确定了复合泡沫剂最优配方。分析了单一起泡剂与复配泡沫剂对赤泥基泡沫地聚物抗压强度、湿容重及微观结构的影响。复配泡沫剂制备的泡沫地聚物孔结构均匀致密,孔径分布均匀,均优于单一起泡剂,满足工程要求。Red mud-based geopolymer has excellent properties such as rapid setting,high strength and low cost,which makes up for the defects of foam light soil such as short setting time,low strength and high cement price.In order to prepare alkaline foam agent suitable for red mud-based geopolymer,this paper studied the influence of the type and content of foaming agent and foam stabilizer on the foaming performance.According to the bubble performance index,the optimal formula of the composite foam agent was determined.The effects of single foaming agent and compound foam agent on the compressive strength,wet unit weight and microstructure of red mud based foam geopolymer were analyzed.The red mud based foam geopolymer prepared with the compound foam agent has uniform and dense pore structure and uniform pore distribution,which is superior to the single foam agent and meets the engineering requirements.
