GPR沥青路面厚度检测及其均匀性分析评价

摘　　要：本文基于三维探地雷达的测量原理和工作特点,根据沥青路面材料的介电特性揭示介电常数与沥青路面厚度的关系,并运用三维探地雷达检测原理反算面层厚度。本文分别使用多种方法对试验段进行介电常数计算,将计算结果与真实数据进行对比优化。结合工程实际情况,最终对沥青路面厚度误差源、准确性和稳定性进行分析评价。结果表明:三维探地雷达可以实现沥青面层厚度高效、准确、连续、大规模测量;优化计算方法后,探地雷达对沥青路面厚度的检测精度达99.82%,满足工程检测要求;对比相同结构不同测道的厚度均匀性,右测道厚度变化值要略小于左测道厚度的变化值;对比不同结构相同测道的厚度均匀性,发现不同结构误差系数不同,多个测道越靠近中心,检测结果越靠近实际检测结果,越往两边检测结果越差。Based on the measurement principle and working characteristics of 3D ground penetrating radar,this paper,reveals the relationship between the dielectric constant and the thickness of asphalt pavement according to the dielectric properties of asphalt pavement materials,and uses the detection principle of 3D ground penetrating radar to back calculate the thickness of asphalt pavement.In this paper,a variety of methods are used to calculate the dielectric constant of the test section,and the calculated results are compared with the real data for optimization.Combined with the actual situation of the project,the error source,accuracy and stability of asphalt pavement thickness are finally analyzed and evaluated.The results show that 3D GPR can measure the thickness of asphalt pavement efficiently,accurately,continuously and on a large scale.After optimizing the calculation method,the detection accuracy of GPR for asphalt pavement thickness reaches 99.82%,meeting the engineering detection requirements.By comparing the thickness uniformity of different channels with the same structure,the thickness variation of the right channel is slightly smaller than that of the left channel.By comparing the thickness uniformity of the same channel with different structures,it is found that the error coefficients of different structures are different.The closer the multiple channels are to the center,the closer the detection results are to the actual detection results,and the closer the detection results are to both sides,the worse the detection results are.
