摘  要:半枝莲为唇形科黄芩属植物半枝莲的全草,其提取物在动物体内外实验中均有抗胶质瘤作用,抗肿瘤有效成分主要有黄酮类、二萜类、多糖、生物碱及甾体等,分离黄酮类成分包括野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、野黄芩素、木犀草素、芹菜素、汉黄芩素、柚皮素等,半枝莲及其有效成分具有多途径、多靶点的抗胶质瘤特性。微血管生成是胶质瘤发生、发展的必要条件,现代研究表明,半枝莲在抗胶质瘤微血管生成中起着重要作用。本文主要综述了半枝莲及其有效成分对脑胶质瘤微血管生成的血管生成相关因子、基质金属蛋白酶类和血管生成信号通路的影响,总结出半枝莲抗脑胶质瘤微血管生成的作用机制主要是通过抑制血管内皮生长因子、缺氧诱导因子、基质金属蛋白酶的表达和促进基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物的表达,调控Notch、PI3K/Akt/mTOR、JAK2/STATs信号通路的相互作用,抑制血管生成网络机制的形成,发挥抗胶质瘤发生和发展的作用。Scutellaria barbata is the whole plant of Scutellaria genus in the Labiatae family.The anti-glioma effects were demonstrated in vivo and in vitro experiments.The main anti-tumor components were flavonoids,diterpenoids,polysaccharides,alkaloids and steroids,and the isolated flavonoids included scutellarin,baicalin,scutellarein,luteolin,apigenin,wogonin and naringin.The anti-glioma properties of Scutellaria barbata and its active constituents are multi-pathway and multi-target.Microangiogenesis is a necessary condition for the occurrence and development of glioma.Modern studies have shown that Scutellaria barbata play an important role in anti-glioma microangiogenesis.This paper mainly reviews the effects of Schistoplast and its active components on angiogenic-related factors,matrix metalloproteinases and angiogenesis signaling pathways of microangiogenesis in glioma.It is concluded that the mechanism of anti-microangiogenesis effect of Scutellaria barbata on glioma is mainly through inhibiting the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor,hypoxia-inducing factor,matrix metalloproteinase and promoting the expression of matrix metalloproteinase tissue inhibitor.It regulates the interaction of Notch,PI3K/Akt/mTOR and JAK2/STATs signaling pathways,inhibits the formation of angiogenic network mechanism,and plays an anti-glioma role in the occurrence and development.
