摘　　要：习近平总书记深刻指出,数字技术、数字经济是世界科技革命和产业变革的先机。“十四五”规划纲要提出,稳妥发展金融科技,加快金融机构数字化转型。作为我国金融体系的重要组成部分,中小银行如何顺应数字经济发展浪潮,抢抓金融数字化转型机遇,实现自身高质量、可持续发展是呕待研究解决的重要课题。针对此问题,我刊记者采访了中国人民银行科技司李伟司长。Li Wei,the Director General of Technology Department of the People's Bank of China,states in our interview that the digital transformation of small and medium-sized banks needs to be tailored in a localized approach.They should enact the appropriate transformation strategies,and address critical issues and weaknesses related to customer experience and operational services with limited resources.By collaborating with the industry,these banks can gradually enhance their capabilities.
