摘 要:取象比类思维是中华传统思维模式的代表,其源于《周易》,并在卦象分析过程中形成了爻位分析法、取象分析法和取义分析法3种不同的取象比类思维及非定义性、相似性、感悟性和对立发展性的思维特性,影响着中医对人体及疾病的认知形式和阴阳理论、五行理论、藏象理论等核心理论体系的构建及中医学整体观念、辨证论治诊疗特色的形成,并在中医发展中推动中医学形成了重关系轻实体、重经验轻实验的思维特征及走向。在医易同源思想指引下充分认识取象比类思维,有助于从思维模式上扭转当前中医思维西化现象,推动中医药从思维训练到人才培养的不断提升。As a representative of the traditional Chinese thinking mode,the image and analogy is derived from the Zhouyi.In the process of analyzing the hexagrams,three different kinds of thinking of drawing images from images are formed,namely,the analysis of lines,the analysis of drawing images and the analysis of meanings,and the thinking characteristics of nondefinition,similarity,perception and opposite development.It has infuenced the cognitive forms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on human body and diseases,the construction of core theoretical systems such as yin-yang theory,five elements theory and viscera image theory,and the formation of the overall concept of TCM and the characteristics of treatment and diagnosis based on syndrome differentiation.In addition,it has promoted the formation of the thinking characteristics and trend of TCM emphasizing relationship over entity,experience over experiment in the development of TCM.Under the guidance of the thought of the same origin of medical science,a full understanding of the thinking of taking the image compared with the category can help to reverse the westernization of the current TCM thinking from the thinking mode,and promote the continuous improvement of TCM from thinking training to personnel training.
