摘　　要：肿瘤外泌体具有信号传导、靶向特异性等生物学特性,是机体通过表观遗传修饰而呈现异质性的重要载体,也是肿瘤治疗的重要靶点。肿瘤外泌体的表观遗传调控作用可通过调节基因的表达影响肿瘤及其微环境。与中医学中的后天养成作用相类似,两者均可造成个体体质差异,并都具有可塑性。这种后天调控导致的基因表达差异可视为中医证候变化的本质,因而肿瘤外泌体可成为中医肿瘤辨证论治的可操作目标及重要载体。因此,以肿瘤外泌体为突破口,有望解码表观遗传驱动下中医证候的现代化含义。Tumor exosomes have biological characteristics such as signal transduction and targeting specificity.They are not only important carriers in heterogeneous organisms through epigenetic modification,but also key targets of tumor therapy.Tumor exosomes can be responsible for modulating gene expressions at the epigenetic level,consequently affecting tumor and tumor microenvironments.This is similar to the acquired cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)due to the fact that both of them can lead to differences of individual physique characterized by plasticity.Such differential gene expressions by acquired regulation can be regarded as essence of TCM syndrome changes,making exosomes become operable target and important carrier of tumors based on TCM treatment.Therefore,focusing on tumor exosomes is hopeful to decode modern implications of TCM syndromes driven by epigenetics.
