从脾论治糖尿病肾病的现代医学解读

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病为中医药防治的优势病种,尤其是在疾病早期阶段的防治尤为重要,所以有必要运用中医理论和方法深化对糖尿病肾病的认识。文章从现代医学生理和病理层面系统阐释中医“脾”在血糖水平、生理解剖以及蛋白流失、微循环障碍等方面与糖尿病肾病的密切联系,突出“脾”在糖尿病肾病诊疗方面的重要作用。同时注重用现代医学阐释中医理论,推动中西医结合汇通,以期充分挖掘并发挥中医药防治的特色与优势,为糖尿病肾病的临床诊疗提供有益参考。Diabetic kidney disease is the dominant disease in the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),especially in the early stage of the disease.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the understanding of diabetic kidney disease with TCM theories and methods.From the perspective of modern medical physiology and pathology,this article systematically explains that the'spleen'in traditional chinese medicine is closely related to diabetic kidney disease in terms of blood sugar level,physiological anatomy,protein loss,and microcirculation disturbance,and highlights the important role of'spleen'in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic kidney disease.At the same time,it focuses on explaining the theory of TCM with modern medicine,and promotes the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,in order to fully explore and give full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM prevention and treatment,so as to provide a useful reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
