摘　　要：国医大师王庆国教授认为七情入心内应五脏,枢机不利,肝脾不调,气血失和,生痰成瘀,最终损及心神是情志病基本病机。临床辨治情志病经验丰富,以通达枢机、调和肝脾、调畅气血、摄养心神作为情志病的治疗大法,以经方柴胡汤类方(小柴胡汤、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤、四逆散)及柴胡桂枝汤化裁作为和调枢机治疗情志病的主方。针对情志病常见兼证,采用清热泻火、滋阴除烦、理气化痰、清化痰热、镇心安神、养心安神及活血化瘀等不同方法,临床疗效显著。Professor WANG Qingguo,a TCM master,he believes that all kinds of human's emotions are not only closely related to heart but also to all of the Five Zang organs,some of which act as pivots of qi and blood or others in human.The pivot dysfunction,such as disharmony between liver and spleen,disequilibrium of qi and blood,would cause emotional diseases.Then phlegm and retained fluid as well as blood stasis would be induced,which in turn injures the function of the heart in regulating one's mental state and feelings.He has rich experience in differentiating and treating emotional diseases by coordinating pivots,namely,reconciling the liver and the spleen,regulating qi and blood,as well as nourishing the heart and mind.Prescriptions including Chaihu dominating decoctions(i.e.Xiaochaihu Decoction,modified Chaihu combined Longgu Muli Decoction,and Sini Powder)and Chaihu Guizhi Decoction are the main prescriptions in treatment of emotional diseases,in order to harmonize one's pivots.Besides,for the accompanied symptoms of the emotional diseases,which would commonly occur,medication methods such as clearing and dispelling the stagnated heat,nourishing yin to clear heat,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,clearing away phlegm and heat,calming the heart or nourishing the heart to ease the mind,as well as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be adopted accordingly in clinical practices,and all of the above can achieve remarkable clinical effect.
