摘　　要：自身免疫性皮肤病是免疫紊乱引起皮肤甚至内脏损伤的一类皮肤病。周学平教授继承首届国医大师周仲瑛的学术思想,结合长期的临床实践,认为瘀热毒结为该病的主要病机。病初瘀热为主,病情不断进展,继则内生“伏毒”,毒邪胶结合和,兼夹为患,“伏毒”化热生火,暗耗气阴,以致邪盛正虚。治疗宜采用凉血散瘀、祛邪解毒、蠲痹通络、滋阴清热诸法;运用雷公藤与不同药物配伍减毒增效;必要时中西药并用相辅相成,附验案2例以佐证。Autoimmune cutaneous disease is a type of skin disease in which immune disorder causes damage to the skin and even internal organs.ZHOU Xueping inherits the academic thought of TCM master ZHOU Zhongying,the first master of traditional Chinese medicine,and combines with her long-term clinical experience,she believes that stagnated heat and toxin coalition are the primary pathogenesis of this disease.In the early stage,stagnated heat is the main cause,with the disease progresses continuously,followed by'latent toxin'produced in vivo.The combination of poison and evil is also a problem,and the'latent toxin'turns into heat and fire,which secretly consumes qi and yin,so that the evil is strong and physical is weak.The treatments are to cool the blood and disperse blood stasis,dispel the evil and resolve toxin,remove the collateral obstruction,nourish yin and clear heat;use Tripterygium wilfordi Hook.F.with different drugs to reduce the toxin and increase the effect;and combine Chinese and Western medicine to complement each other if necessary.Two records are attached to support this view.
