祛风解毒法论治恶性肿瘤探析

摘　　要：在传承国医大师周仲瑛教授“癌毒”学说的基础上,程海波教授团队创建癌毒病机理论,提出“祛邪解毒、扶正固本”是恶性肿瘤的基本治疗原则。祛风解毒法作为抗癌解毒八法的主要治法之一,被广泛应用于肿瘤临床辨治。然而,目前对于祛风解毒法的学术内涵缺乏深入阐释,临床立法用药尚无理论指导。文章系统论述风毒的概念及致病特征,明确提出祛风解毒法的学术内涵,总结祛风解毒法的临床应用要点,推介祛风解毒法临证常用药物,以期推动祛风解毒法的临床应用,进一步提高中医药辨治肿瘤的临床疗效。On the basis of inheriting the'cancer toxin'theory of professor ZHOU Zhongying,a TCM master,professor CHENG Haibo's team creates the TCM cancer toxin pathogenesis theory and proposed that'eliminating pathogenic factors and resolving cancer toxin as well as supporting the healthy energy'is the basic treatment principle of malignant tumors.As one of the'anti-cancer detoxification methods',the method of dispelling wind and resolving cancer toxin is widely used in clinical treatment of tumor.However,at present,the academic connotation of dispelling wind and resolving cancer toxin method is lack of in-depth interpretation,and there is no theoretical guidance for clinical application.This paper systematically discusses the concept and pathogenic characteristics of wind and cancer toxin,clearly proposes its academic connotation,summarizes its key points of clinical application,and introduceds its clinical medication,in order to promote the clinical application of the method of dispelling wind and resolving cancer toxin,and further improve the clinical efficacy of TCM in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of tumor.
