摘　　要：本共识是在相关法律法规和技术文件指导下,根据彝医药自身特点和临床实际,结合专家经验,通过广泛论证而制定。本专家共识着眼点在于发挥彝医药优势,以彝医药物治疗酒脚风为切入点,规定了酒脚风的流行病学、诊断要点、辨证论治、彝成药选择、外治疗法、预防调摄、治疗推荐等,是针对彝药及彝成药治疗痛风的有效性和安全性等制定的临床推荐意见,指导医师临床决策,更在于全面提高彝医治疗痛风临床疗效和科研水平,促进彝医痛风治疗与国际学术发展接轨。This consensus is formulated by extensive demonstration under the guidance of relevant laws,regulations and technical documents,according to the characteristics and clinical practice of Yi medicine,combined with expert experience.This consensus is focus on making full use of the advantages of Yi nationality medicine,with Yi drug and treatment as the breakthrough point,rules and feet the gout of the epidemiology,diagnosis,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,choice of Yi nationality medicine,therapy,prevention,cultivate and recommend treatment is aimed at Yi medicine and Yi medicine treatment of gout,the clinical effectiveness and safety recommendations to guide doctors clinical decision.It is more important to comprehensively improve the clinical efficacy and scientific research level of gout treatment of Yi nationality medicine,and promote the integration of gout treatment with international academic development.
