摘　　要：放射治疗作为临床治疗恶性肿瘤的手段之一,其电离辐射造成的不良反应限制了肿瘤靶区照射剂量。中药作为肿瘤治疗中的替代和补充药物,其与放射治疗联合可显著增加放射敏感性。同时中药可有效控制放射治疗后的医源性并发症。文章探讨中医药治疗作为一种合理有效的个体化治疗选择,在肿瘤放射治疗人群中的应用现状,并尝试分析中医药协同放射治疗存在的问题及挑战,为中医药协同放射治疗研究实现临床转化提供理论指导。Radiotherapy is an established clinical approach for managing malignant tumors,yet the deleterious effects of ionizing radiation limit the dosage of radiation applied to the tumor site.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has emerged as a viable alternative and complementary modality in cancer treatment,with its integration with radiotherapy resulting in significant gains in radiosensitivity while mitigating iatrogenic complications after treatment.This study examines the current status of TCM as a rational and efficacious personalized treatment option in the tumor radiotherapy population,and offers an analysis of the challenges and issues associated with the synergistic use of TCM and radiotherapy,thereby providing a theoretical foundation for the clinical application of TCM-radiation combined treatment.
