摘　　要：目的:为洋甘菊的质量评价和种植地点的选择提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)及聚类分析法,测定分析12个不同产地的洋甘菊样品,使用中药材指纹相似度评价软件进行相似度计算及指纹图谱的建立。结果:12批不同产地、批次的洋甘菊药材,根据其相似度的结果可知,洋甘菊药材因产地不同、药材采收季节不同等多种因素,导致药材之间的化学成分及其含量有一定差异。结论:使用本方法可以简便、快捷地确定洋甘菊的适宜产地,旨在从种植源头上确保药材品质,亦为洋甘菊质量评价标准的完善提供参考。Objective:To provide reference for the quality evaluation and planting location selection of chamomile.Methods:The samples of chamomile from 12 different places were determined and analysised by HPLC and cluster analysis,and the similarity was calculated and the fingerprint was established by using the fingerprint similarity evaluation software of Chinese herbal medicines.Results:According to the similarity results of 12 batches of chamomile medicinal materials from different habitats and batches,it could be seen that the chemical composition and content of chamomile medicinal materials were different due to different habitats,different harvest seasons and other factors.Conclusion:This method is simple and rapid,which can determine the suitable producing area of chamomile,ensure the quality of medicinal provide materials from the planting source,and provide reference for improving the quality evaluation standard of chamomile.
