摘　　要：过去30年,在国家科技重大专项等项目支持下,艾滋病中医基础研究取得了一定成果,研究者提出了多种艾滋病中医病因病机学说,开展了证候学研究,构建了多维临床疗效策略,揭示了几种中药制剂的部分疗效机制。但是艾滋病中医基础研究依旧滞后于临床需求,应从中医药理论出发,在整体观指导下,充分结合现代医学的进展,进一步开展病因病机、证候、临床疗效评价核心指标及中医疗效作用机制等研究,为构建艾滋病中医诊疗体系提供重要支撑。In the past 30 years,with the support of National Major Science and Technology Projects,some achievements have been made in the basic research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).Researchers have put forward a variety of theories on the etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS,carried out syndrome research,constructed a multidimensional clinical efficacy strategy,and revealed some efficacy mechanisms of several preparations of TCM.However,the basic research results of TCM on AIDS still lag behind the clinical needs.Starting from the theory of TCM and guided by a holistic approach with the progress of modern medicine,and it is necessary to further carry out research on the etiology and pathogenesis,syndromes,core indicators of clinical effcacy evaluation and the mechanism of TCM,which would be an important support for the construction of the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment system for AIDS.
