摘　　要：章太炎《伤寒论今释·序》的学术价值,贵在率先揭示了成无己注释张仲景书的关键错误,一是把仲景书的伤寒、中风、温病等病证名,注释为《黄帝内经》的伤于寒之伤寒、中于风之中风、伤于温之温病等病因病名。仲景书的病证名是“论其证”,《黄帝内经》的病证名“论其因”,原本字同而意不同。二是把仲景书的三阳三阴六证,注释为《黄帝内经》的三阳三阴六经,造成理论混乱。此序是研读《伤寒论》和中医史的重要经典文献,值得重视和探讨。The academic value of ZHANG Taiyan's Preface to the Modern Interpretation of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is that he firstly revealed the key mistakes in CHENG Wuji's annotation of ZHANG Zhongjing's book.First,he annotated the names of typhoid fever,stroke,febrile diseases and other diseases in Zhongjing's book as the names of typhoid fever,wind in the wind and febrile diseases in the Huangdi Neijing.Zhongjing's disease name is'on its syndrome',and Huangdi Neijing's disease name is'on its cause',with the same original words but different meanings.The second is to annotate the three yang,three yin and six syndromes in Zhongjing's book as the three yang,three yin and six meridians in Huangdi Neijing,which causes theoretical confusion.This preface is an important classic document for studying Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the history of traditional Chinese medicine,which deserves attention and discussion.
