《详注推拿指南》将小儿推拿创新应用于成人的文献整理与学术价值挖掘

摘　　要：清末唐系祥编撰的《详注推拿指南》附编第七卷,详列小儿推拿操作广泛应用于成人疳、痨、气臌、膈噎、翻胃、诸痛痒疮、疟疾、眼疾等病症98条,且将眼疾作为重中之重,共列病症64个。病种涉及内科、外科、感染科、骨伤科、五官科等,可谓小儿推拿的创新突破应用。该书为现代小儿推拿操作适用对象的扩展以及成人病种的拓展提供了宝贵资料,亦为“隆庆之变”后推拿医家恢复成人推拿的全新探索,有着重要的学术价值和研究意义。In the seventh volume of Xiangzhu Tuina Zhinan by TANG Xixiang at the end of Qing dynasty,98 adult diseases such as adult malnutrition,consumption,tympanites,blockage in deglutition,stomach churning,sore,itching sores,malaria and eye diseases were listed in detail by pediatric massage operation.Eye diseases were regarded as the top priority,and a total of 64 diseases were listed.The disease involves internal medicine,surgery,infection department,orthopedics department,and ophthalmology department,which can be described as the innovative breakthrough application of pediatric massage.This book provides valuable information for the expansion of the applicable objects of contemporary pediatric massage operation and the expansion of adult diseases,and also provides a new exploration for the recovery of adult massage after'the change of Longqing',which has important academic value and research significance.
