辛夷散加减治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察辛夷散治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年3月至8月南京中医药大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊就诊的肺虚感寒型AR患者122例,随机分为治疗组(61例)和对照组(61例),治疗组予辛夷散加减治疗,对照组予枸地氯雷他定片+布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,疗程均为14d。采用鼻炎症状(TNSS)评分及中医证候积分综合评价临床疗效,鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分从多个维度评价生活质量。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后第14天TNSS评分、中医证候积分以及RQLQ评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组除鼻塞外,其他各项评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组愈显率67.21%(41/61)显著高于对照组的39.34%(24/61)(P<0.01)。结论:辛夷散加减治疗肺虚感寒型AR,可显著改善鼻部症状及全身症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xinyi San in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)with lung deficiency and cold and its influence on quality of life.Methods:A total of 122 patients with AR with lung deficiency and cold were chosen from March to August 2021 from Affliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.They were divided into treatment group(61 cases)and control group(61 cases).The treatment group was treated with Xinyi San,while the control group was treated with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets and Budesonide Nasal Spray for 14 days.The total nasal symptom score(TNSS)and the TCM evidence score were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy,and the rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score was used to evaluate the quality of life from multiple dimensions.Results:Compared with the pretreatment period,the TNSS score,TCM evidence score and RQLQ score were significantly lower in both groups on day 14 after treatment(P<0.01);and all scores were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group except for nasal congestion(P<0.05,P<0.01).Cure rate in the treatment group 67.21%(41/61)was significantly higher than the control group 39.34%(24/61)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of AR with Xinyi San plus reduction for lung deficiency and cold sensation can significantly improve the nasal symptoms and systemic symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
