摘  要:针对实际应用中出现的液压支架立柱降柱过程中安全阀异常开启故障,按照立柱控制系统及其液控单向阀的具体结构,建立降柱过程的AMESim仿真模型,对比分析了改进前后2种立柱液控单向阀作用下的降柱冲击压力特性及立柱液控单向阀的阀芯开启情况。分析结果表明:工作面顶板动载冲击特性与液控单向阀结构参数不匹配是造成支架安全阀开启并损坏的主要原因;原结构立柱液控单向阀由于控制活塞直径过小,在顶板冲击来压时,主阀芯无法及时开启,在0.36 s时间内使立柱安全阀开启16次之多;改进后的立柱液控单向阀,仅会在0.023 s内形成二次冲击,结合系统滞后性及试验验证,在实际应用中可有效避免安全阀多次开启。In response to the abnormal opening of the safety valve in the process of hydraulic support column lowering in practical application,an AMESim simulation model of column lowering process was established according to the column control system and the specific structure of its hydraulic control one-way valve.Then,the impact pressure characteristics for column lowering as well as the valve core opening of the column hydraulic control one-way valve under the action of the two types of column hydraulic control one-way valves before and after improvement were compared and analyzed.The analysis results showed that the mismatch between the dynamic load impact characteristics of the working face roof and the structural parameters of the hydraulic control one-way valve was the main reason for the opening and damage of the support safety valve.Due to the small diameter of the control piston in the original column hydraulic control one-way valve,the main valve core couldn't open in time when there was an impact pressure to the roof,causing the column safety valve to open 16 times within 0.36 s.When the improved hydraulic control one-way valve of the column was used,a secondary impact would only form within 0.023 s.Combined with the system hysteresis and testing verification,it could effectively avoid multiple opening of the safety valve in practical applications.
