摘 要:介绍了多绳缠绕式提升机的起源与结构形式;阐述了超深井用多绳缠绕式提升机钢丝绳的类型、提升容器的选型、钢丝绳安全系数以及钢丝绳直径的选择,进而确定了多绳缠绕式提升机规格的选型计算方法,给出了基于我国安全规程和南非安全规程的选型计算公式。通过与多绳摩擦式提升机的选型进行对比,得出结论:多绳缠绕式提升机有望满足我国超深金属矿的提升需求。The origin and structure of multi-rope winding hoists were introduced,at the same time,the type of wire ropes,the selection of lifting containers,the safety factor and the selection of the diameter of wire ropes used in ultra-deep shaft were described to determine the selection calculation method of multi-rope winding hoist specifications,and provide the selection and calculation formula based on safety regulations of China and South Africa.Through comparison with the selection of multi-rope friction hoists,it was believed that multirope winding hoists were expected to meet the lifting needs of metal mines with ultra-deep shafts in China.
