摘  要:为适应智能化需求,针对带式输送机驱动底盘,提出了一种单变量泵-双定量马达多轮液压独立驱动系统。为满足变速平稳和转向灵活的要求,应用静液压传动技术,采用比例调速阀和三位四通电磁换向阀,设计液压驱动系统,并给出了系统原理图。利用AMESim进行系统仿真,分析了液压驱动系统中马达的转速和流量响应曲线。研究结果表明,单变量泵-双定量马达驱动系统能够满足底盘直线前进、后退和原地转向等工况要求,易于实现智能控制并具有良好的经济性。To meet the needs of intelligence,a multi-wheel hydraulic independent drive system with single variable pump-dual quantitative motor was proposed for the drive chassis of belt conveyors.In order to meet the requirements of stable speed change and flexible steering,the hydraulic drive system was designed by using the hydrostatic drive technology,the proportional speed control valve and the three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve,at the same time,the system principle diagram was given.Then,the system simulation was carried out by AMESim to analyze the speed and flow response curves of the motor in the hydraulic drive system.The results showed that the drive system with single variable pump-dual quantitative motor could meet the requirements of straight forward,backward and in-situ steering for the chassis,and it was easy to realize intelligent control and had good economy.
