摘 要:针对铜渣矿广泛采用的半自磨+球磨(SAB)工艺存在球磨磨矿过程能耗、钢耗过高的问题,结合铜渣矿易碎难磨的碎磨特性以及产品解离粒度较细的特点,提出采用半自磨+塔磨(SAT)新型节能碎磨工艺。研究表明,与常规SAB工艺相比,SAT新型节能碎磨工艺更适合铜渣矿的磨矿特点,可降低磨矿能耗23%,降低钢球消耗20%。随着国产2250 kW大型塔磨机在现场成功应用,大型塔磨机将引领当前磨矿工艺的优化升级,SAT新型节能工艺的推广使用对降低运行成本与实现“双碳”目标创造了有利条件。The process of semi-autogenous mill grinding+ball mill grinding(SAB)was widely used in copper slag ore,which had the problems of high energy consumption and steel consumption in the ball mill grinding process.Combined with the grinding characteristics of copper slag ore which was fragile and difficult to grind,and the fine particle size of product dissociation,a new energy-saving grinding process of semi-autogenous mill grinding+tower mill grinding(SAT)was proposed.The results showed that compared with the conventional SAB process,the SAT new energy-saving grinding process was more suitable for the grinding characteristics of copper slag ore,which could reduce the grinding energy consumption by 23%and the steel ball consumption by 20%.With the successful application of the domestic 2250 kW large tower mill on site,the large tower mill would lead the optimization and upgrading of the current grinding process.The promotion and use of the SAT new energy-saving process had created favorable conditions for reducing operating costs and achieving the goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".
