摘  要:针对云南某大型铜矿生产过程中半自磨机衬板碎裂、磨损严重等问题,运用3D激光扫描分析技术对磨机不同仓位衬板磨损情况进行精准分析。同时,借助专用模拟软件仿真分析了钢球的抛落位置及距离,对半自磨机筒体衬板的提升条高度、提升面角进行了优化设计。筒体衬板使用寿命由1 200 h提高到2 450 h,提升了104.2%;断裂比例由26%降低至2%,取得了良好的使用效果。In order to solve the problems of breakage and severe wear of liners of the SAG(semi-autogenous)mill in the production process of a large copper mine in Yunnan,the 3D laser scanning analysis technology was used to accurately analyze the wear condition of liners in diferent positions of the mill.At the same time,the throwing position and distance of steel balls were simulated and analyzed by special simulation software.The lifting bar height and the lifting face angle of shell liners were optimized.Therefore,the service life of shell liners was increased from 1200 h to 2450 h,an increase of 104.2%,and the fracture ratio was reduced from 26%to 2%,achieving a good effect.
