摘  要:对黑龙江多宝山铜矿进行了较为详细的浮选动力学考察——充气量测试和矿浆悬浮能力测试。充气量测试表明:各作业充气量设置较为合理,仅个别作业充气量设置偏小;各作业矿化气泡上升过程中,气泡负载率逐渐减小,有用矿物品位逐渐升高,表明有用矿物在上升过程中不断富集,脉石矿物不断脱落。矿浆悬浮能力测试表明:各作业浮选机矿浆悬浮能力较好,无明显分层现象,为矿物颗粒与气泡的碰撞矿化提供了良好的悬浮保障;矿化气泡从推泡锥向溢流堰移动过程中,有用矿物品位有所升高,表明泡沫层起到了较好的再富集效果。浮选机动力学考察有助于现场了解浮选机的生产运行状况,查明制约生产的关键因素,进而提升选厂效益。The flotation kinetics of Duobaoshan copper mine in Heilongjiang was investigated in detail,namely,aeration volume test and pulp suspension capacity test.The aeration volume test showed that the setting of the aeration volume for each operation was reasonable,with only a few operations having a small aeration volume setting.During the rising process of mineralized bubbles in each operation,the bubble loading rate gradually decreased and the grade of useful minerals gradually increased,indicating that the useful minerals were continuously enriched in the rising process and the gangue minerals were constantly falling off.Meanwhile,the slurry suspension capacity test showed that the slurry suspension capacity of the flotation machine in each operation was good without obvious stratification,which provided a good suspension guarantee for the collision and mineralization of mineral particles and bubbles.During the movement of mineralized bubbles from the bubble pushing cone to the overflow weir,the grade of useful minerals increased,indicating that the foam layer had played a good role in re-enrichment.The investigation of flotation kinetics was helpful to understand the production and operation status of the flotation machine on site,identify the key factors restricting production,and then improve the efficiency of the concentrator.
