摘　　要：目前国内糖尿病前期患者存在基数大且转变为糖尿病比例高的情况,多数患者最初发现血糖升高时无明显不适并且舌脉如常,李良主任认为糖尿病前期患者存在一个“无症状期”,此时应充分发挥中医治未病理念的优势,以健脾为主配合滋阴清热,防止疾病传变,对糖尿病前期已有理化检查指标异常而无临床症状时如何辨证治疗作出有益探索。At present,there is a large number of prediabetes patients in China and a high proportion of them turn into diabetes.Most of the patients initially found that there was no obvious discomfort when the blood sugar increased and the tongue and pulse were normal.Director Li Liang thought that there was an“asymptomatic period”in pre diabetes patients.At this time,we should give full play to the advantages of the concept of“preventive treatment of disease”of traditional Chinese medicine,mainly to invigorate the spleen combined with nourishing yin and clearing heat to prevent disease transmission.Therefore,it is helpful to explore how to treat with syndrome differentiation when the physical and chemical examination indexes of pre diabetes are abnormal without clinical symptoms.
