摘　　要：消化性溃疡是宁夏地区主要的消化系统疾病之一,Hp感染是该病发生的重要因素。结合当地的社会因素、饮食习惯、地理及气候特点,在Hp相关性消化性溃疡诸多证型中,肝胃郁热是本地居民常见的临床证候,其表现主要有胃脘灼热疼痛、两胁胀满、反酸烧心、口干口苦、烦躁易怒等。申艳慧主任对于该病主张辨证为主,辨病为辅,标本兼顾,重在治本,以疏肝清热、和胃消疡为治疗大法,随症加减。Peptic ulcer is one of the main diseases of digestive system in Ningxia,and Hp infection is an important factor in the occurrence of the disease.According to the local social factors,eating habits,geography and climate characteristics,among the various syndromic types of HP⁃related peptic ulcer,heat stasis in liver and stomach is a common clinical symptom in local residents,and its manifestations mainly include epigalric burning and pain,swelling of both sides,acid reflux and heartburn,dry mouth and bitter mouth,irritability and irritability.Director Shen Yanhui advocated dialectical treatment of the disease,with disease differentiation as a supplement,taking both manifestation and root cause into account,focusing on the root cause,relieving liver and clearing heat,and eliminating stomach for the treatment of the disease,adding and subtracting with the disease.
