活血止痛散熏洗对桡骨远端骨折后腕部功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究活血止痛散熏洗对桡骨远端骨折后腕部功能康复的影响。方法选取2021年4月—2022年10月收治的60例桡骨远端骨折手法整复夹板外固定治疗患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组(30例)实施手法复位夹板外固定,早期功能锻炼;治疗组(30例)在对照组基础上加活血止痛散熏洗。比较2组患者治疗后的Gartland⁃Werley评分、疼痛评分和肿胀评分。结果治疗后腕关节功能评分优良率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分和肿胀评分治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛散熏洗对桡骨远端骨折手法整复夹板外固定术后腕关节功能的康复具有积极意义,其可有效改善患者腕关节功能,减轻关节疼痛,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Huoxue Zhitong powder fumigation on functional rehabilitation of the wrist after distal radius fracture.Methods Sixty patients with distal radius fracture treated with manual reduction and splinting immobilization from April 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases in the control group were implemented with manual reduction and splinting immobilization and early functional exercise,and the treatment group of 30 cases was given Huoxue Zhitong powder fumigation on the basis of the control group.The Gartland⁃Werley score,pain score and swelling score of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the excellent rate of wrist function score was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain score and swelling score were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong powder fumigation has positive significance on the rehabilitation of wrist joint function after distal radius fracture manual reduction and splinting immobilization,which can effectively improve wrist joint function,reduce joint pain and improve the quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting.
