白头翁汤联合灌肠治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究在慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者中给予白头翁汤联合灌肠治疗对其疗效的影响。方法研究对象选取2019年1月—2021年12月于吉安县人民医院中医肛肠科治疗的80例慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施西药治疗联合灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服白头翁汤治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、炎症因子水平、Mayo评分和Baron评分。结果观察组治疗4周后中医证候积分、炎性因子水平、Mayo评分以及Baron评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者白头翁汤联合灌肠治疗可缓解患者临床症状,改善炎症因子水平,提高临床活动度。Objective To explore the effect of Baitouweng decoction combined with enema on the curative effect of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis who were treated in Ji’an County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine combined with enema,while the observation group was treated with Baitouweng decoction on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,Mayo score and Baron score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,Mayo score and Baron score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baitouweng decoction combined with enema can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the level of inflammatory factors and improve the clinical activity in patients with chronic non⁃specific ulcerative colitis.
