针刺结合穴位注射维生素B12治疗顽固性周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨顽固性周围性面瘫(PFP)患者采用针刺结合穴位注射维生素B12治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月—2022年5月锡山人民医院收治的顽固性PFP患者共计84例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(42例)与对照组(42例)。对照组采用针刺治疗;观察组采用针刺结合穴位注射维生素B12治疗。对2组临床疗效、中医证候积分及后遗症发生率进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);观察组后遗症发生率较对照组明显更低(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合穴位注射维生素B12应用于顽固性PFP患者治疗中,可以提高临床疗效,降低中医证候积分及后遗症发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of vitamin B12 in patients with intractable peripheral facial paralysis(PFP).Methods A total of 84 patients with intractable PFP treated in Xishan People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42)according to random ball⁃touching method.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of vitamin B12.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and sequelae incidence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of sequelae in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of vitamin B12 in the treatment of refractory PFP patients can improve the clinical effect,and reduce the TCM syndrome score and the incidence of sequelae.
