摘　　要：目的观察浮针配合普通针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法选择KOA患者60例为研究对象,按照就诊先后顺序随机分为浮针组(浮针加普通针刺组)和对照组(普通针刺组),每组30例,治疗2周后分别比较2组总有效率、治疗前后VAS及WOMAC量表评分变化。结果浮针组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后浮针组VAS评分及WOMAC评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论浮针配合普通针刺对比单纯普通针刺治疗可明显减轻KOA患者膝关节疼痛、肿胀及僵硬症状,改善膝关节功能、活动度,提高病患生活质量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of floating acupuncture combined with ordinary acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Sixty patients with KOA were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into floating acupuncture group(floating acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture group)and control group(ordinary acupuncture group)according to the order of treatment,with 30 cases in each group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate,VAS and WOMAC scale scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the floating acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and WOMAC score of the floating acupuncture group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ordinary acupuncture,floating acupuncture can significantly reduce knee pain,swelling and stiffness,and improve knee function and the quality of life of patients with KOA.
